DR john ball lightlight in his contribution to acca student mag that.. motivation . struture and culture.. i guess ( my opinion , not a statement of fact ) this will appear in section A 40 marks. motivation will include herzbeg two need theory...
structure will include mintzberg model with emphasis on Machine bureaucracy and Professional bureacracy and lastly for culture will be on charles handy's God's of management..with emphasis on the role culture (Athena) ( greek temple ). all this must memorise untill u can RAP it out like MC hammer. :lol:
