kindly suggest which books to use for papers 2.2 and 2.3 (please be specific)

kindly also suggest a STREAM, specially because i want to work in Pakistan when i complete my ACCA inshAllah.

On behalf of all Acca forum members i welcome you, you can try the BpB study text if you want a bit more information but if you want conscise and to the point information than you should go for Foulks Lynch, usually students use the BpB study text and the Atfl Foulks Lynchs revision kit, ya kinda strange but it works wonders.

if you intend to work in pakistan than you should apply for pakistan stream in those papers which have such options or the international stream option.

and pardon my curosity but are you a doctor?

It is general consensus that for 2.2 Business Law paper you need as much as possible case references and it can be collected from BPP,FTC and old answer papers.

And for 2.3 Taxation paper BPP with its Revision Kit is enough to score 65 plus marks.

Please be sure that you pay equal attention on past papers.

I would soon upload all past papers and answer papers. :)

"ENG" English id say, if you want the singapore format it goes SNG.. so you are a doctor of finance hmm thats means you must be pretty good money launderer :wink:

So how is the thesis comming along? and where are you doing your Phd from?

Since you intend to stay in Pakistan you should go for 2.2 & 2.3 Pak variant (PKN) and make sure you make the payment of annual subscription on time doc if you dont you will be removed from the acca register and incase you dont recieve the Acca letter for exam payment contact the Acca office or if you have a credit card make an online payment.

international or the pakistan variant unless someone intends to settle somewhere permanently he goes for that variant..

For expats int'l variants serve better than local variants.

well......i'v recently completed my CAT qualification.......n now studyin 2.1,2.2, n 2.3.......i wanted to ask about paper 2.2.....its really tough n i don't have any idea how to prepare it.........what r the key points......n is it RATTA FICATION......OR CONCEPTUAL........as far as i think its more conceptual isn't it??????n how to attempt the papers n i do really need past papers if any body has plz do let me know.......thnx
