what's going on ??i couldn't open the accaforums.com for last 5days and finally today it opened but so many posts were lost from here ??? What happened?

Please let us know and will that be recovered ??

Web host has really sucked up. Their servers were crashed but they seems to have six months old backup while they make weekly backups. I am trying to recover latest backup.

I was also amazed when i open this forum and could not found it, then i thought admin was probably doing some upgradation to it...

Now, today i was able to open this site and i was once again amazed when i saw march posts...

Anyways Admin is good guy he will be doing something to obtain backup...

Web host has sucked up. Our forum has shown wonderful progress in last six months we crossed 1k members mark we got 7k posts. Its really now pain in ass.

I hope web host would recover database.

This isn't the first time in accaforums.com history.

Before also we lost but that was just the matter of 10 days or 1week data. But SEE now we lost 6month's.

I don't think that we'll get those lost data back again :cry: but let's hope our admin could come-up with flying colors.

Admin please try your level best and give us good news soon!!

So far web host is unresponsive to my ticket though they have clearly mentioned on their website that they take weekly database backups and now we got six months old backup. Its unbearable to us.

Dear Admin and Members,

Now It is futile to wait for backups or so, Forget past and think for the future as RLUITEL mentioned that this is not the first time in the history of this forum anyways problems also occur in real life but it doesn't mean that we stop working at all...

I ask from admin that when will you update this forum as per suggestions of esteem members, some of them argued about the upgradation of forum titles with some files uploadation section....

Admin please spend your time in upgradation rather then to waste it in obtaining backups...

There is a hope we can get back database which were backed up on Sep 26th just got that response from web host.

I am hopeful soon there will be a good news.
