In December it was my 2nd attempt means i have failed in this paper one time.It was because of ill management of time.I wasted my time in anwering question #1 but it took me long.So in 50 or 45 minutes i was very confused not satisfied with answering of Question #1 and then burden of two other questions. And i think that was the mistake.

Syllabus is not difficult. Most common problem with this paper is its time management and pressure of first question which is of 50 marks. And next two questions depend on your performance in question 1 psychologically.

No need to worry about it just try to manage your time during exam hours preparation.

Just keep one thing in you whole attitude "BE CONFIDENT".It solves lot of problems and 2.4 paper isn't as tough as you might expect.

Hi All,

I Have a Text book and Revision kit for paper 2.3 (FTC publishing) witch have been suitable for 2005 december exams.
http://i12.ebayimg.com/01/i/05/21/67/15_1_b.JPG

I could exchange a xero copies of it to a Text book and Revision kit of paper 2.4 (or xero copies of these, either FTC or BPP publishing) witch was suitable for 2005 december exams or is suitable for 2006 exams.

If exchange does not interest you I could be interested in buying used Text book and Revision kit of paper 2.4 (or xero copies of these, either FTC or BPP publishing) witch was suitable for 2005 december exams or is suitable for 2006 exams.

Don't hesitate to contact me in PM.

This is a generic answer for any and every ACCA exam and is my experience. I talk for no one else.

1) Print off all of the available exam papers from the ACCA site.
2) Practice them all under 3 hour exam conditions
Hone your time mangament skills, (ie 1.6 to 1.8 mins per mark, if you are not finished after this time, move onto the next mark)
3) Mark yourself hard, but not too hard, look where you need to gain exam room competence (read examiners' comments)
4) Repeat, repeat and repeat

You will possibly find (as I nearly always did) that your first few papers may be coming out at 10% and 20%, but as you go through each timed paper, your skills will get much better in spite of your misgivings.

Stick at it, by exam day, if you have put enough exam practice in, then 10-20% will become > 50% and you will pass.
