I have scored good marks in ACCA 2.6 paper and in ACCA 2.2 paper i scored 54 marks only.As far ACCA 2.1 paper i scored only 51 marks.
Now i have to make decision between ACCA 3.1 paper to ACCA 3.4 paper.And truth is that i am willing to take only Audit & Assurance Services paper only in next attempt.Because my other three subjects are weak and i don't want to put my strong paper to stake because of other one.
But what would you suggest about ACCA 3.4 Business Information Management paper because i always though about Information Systems paper that its very easy and i would manage to score 65+ marks but it pissed me off with only 51 marks.
Is that the same case with ACCA 3.4 paper ?

I am also thinking about choosing the options from 3.1 to 3.4, but I feel it's difficult in 2.6 so I think it's better not to choose 3.1 On the otherhand, I found the pasing rate of 3.3 and 3.4 is higher than 3.1 and 3.2. So I am not sure is it better to study 3.3 and 3.4 rather than 3.1 and 3.2

As per my experience about taking good marks in 3.4 paper its not difficult or easy compare to 2.1 Information System paper.I would say both have same kind of marking scheme.But you need some better knowledge and wide inview about "Information" related things like management,system,capturing etc.
As you told you got only 51 marks in 2.1 then i would say you need some better inview of Information related topics and no need to worry that you will again fall near to 50 marks.If you would prepare better than before than i bet you will get better marks than 51.

well as i have already done my optionals so i wud like to share my thoughts wid u .well i hav done 3.1 and 3.2 bt if u wanna choose between 3.1 and 3.4 so u hav to consider few things ..

1st of all ur location if u r in uk and wanna work here go for 3.1 as u will need a practicing certificate.

wht u wanna do in future ? anything related to audit ? go for 3.1 .

although 3.4 is 10 times easier than 3.1 bt i think 3.1 will b alot helpful specially in new P1.

so my advice will b go for 3.1 as u will learn alot of relevent stuff plus its gonna open alot of more choices in the future..x
