I'm on paper 2.3 only now.. Will be taking at least 3 papers in Dec 2007 sitting.

Yup, are you currently attending any class for these papers? We are only able to share with each other for paper 2.3S only but you may ask me a little bit of paper 2.2 as I may still be able to give you some clues (hopefully).

I'm attending GSW's 2.3 @ SAA. In fact, i jsut came back from this so-called "bridging lesson" for those who have unfortunately failed the Dec06 sitting.

So what advise do you have for me? I have a rough idea of 2.2 already as I've already taken two seperate modules, Company Law and Business Law module in my polytechnic days.

Just need to once again drain my brain juice and memorize some parts of the Act and the ever-challenging case law names.
