You are from Pakistan so must be asking for Chartered Accountancy offered by ICAP! .
There is no offical forum but accountancy.com.pk/forum will serve you second to none specially for CA relevant things.
There are lot of ICAP students there to help you particularly about CA.

You might have to spend some time to test its activity.Its most reliable forum on internet i have found for CA and paki accounting students.

http://www.accountancy.com.pk/forum/ is quite wonderful forum and another good thing about that is its for pakistani students of accountancy.Wahan per Urdu be Chaltee hay ;)
