Some of them (call centre employers) visited our campus (SKANS Islamabad) last day and offered jobs from 2 - 12night, paying round about 20,000 monthly.

Customers call and ask about the features of the product or troubleshoot.And they have to satisfy the customer.This is the duty ;)

hey guyz i personally feel that call center job is not gud for students like us !!! cuz its a hard job ..my frnd is doing it & he is not able 2 make sum time 4 his studies !!!..

Maybe you are right hasan shahid.In india students do this job and get paid handsome salary.But yes its not relevant to our studies.

call centre jobs are for guys who are good for nothing just plain graduates with good command over english .these jobs are good for making fast money but are not stable their is a high turnover rate in b.p.o. sector in india.
then their is a question about the stability of the process in the company because if american and british companies are not satisfied with the quality of services provided by the call centre they pull the process out and give it to another.it is mostly young students who want to make fast bucks or are awaiting their results of some course/degree.they enter in these type of industry.then they move on to another . moreover their experiance is not counted in the industry.

moreover work timings are incredible
