Can i chose Uk stream while sitting in pakistan or it is better for me to chose International stream .In future i have a plan to go to UK after mine ACCA.

Plz guide me to the best possible choice under this condition?

International stream would be better . but you are the only master of your personal choice. :wink:

Your certainty level is inconspicuous. So, you should choose INT unless you are 1000% sure that you will be in UK after ACCA. In that case choose GBR.

stream with INT also have chances to go to UK for after job or intership.tell me what drawbacks if i choose International stream & go to UK.

Of course, you can go to UK with INT because it is "international". But as it has been discussed, local stream is always preferred if you are willing to work locally. Thats why I said that you should choose GBR only if you see your entire future in UK. Because,
a little bit uncertainty should be = INT
And on the other end, even if you choose INT under any circumstances, it has no real drawback.

As far as I know, at least in Pakistan, ICAP is using INT as auditing and financial reporting standards. I have seen their papers and they are all based on INT except taxation. Law variant is also 95% based on INT standards including case examples. So, tell me if there is real difference in selecting PKN stream (in Pakistan) rather than INT.

And by the way you still don't have option to chose PKN stream in 3.2 (advanced taxation) which is very important for local tax study. I mean seriously, if you have studied 2.3 in PKN and you are interested in taxation and you entered in part 3, but then you see there is no option for PKN variant in 3.2. What a stupid approach by ACCA (not the admin). So you see buddies, at least to my analysis, local variant is useless unless there is an option for advanced taxation paper (which is very convenient). So, don't hesitate to opt the INT one if there is no adv. taxo. shit option.
