There are so many opportunities for ACCAs but eventually it depends on your area/field of interest, in my view ACCAs are having great opportunities to go for specialisation in finance, audit, business analysis and so many different things.

If you are interested in audit i think you can go for IIA's(Institute of Internal Auditors-USA) certification, if you are interestes in Management Accounting then IMA's(Institute Of Management Accountants-USA) Certification will be the best option for you, if you are interested in Finance and investment CFA Institute(Chartered Financial Analyst) will be the best option.

In my view this 22 years restriction is biased and putting cap on the performance of ambitious students, you can take legal advise and can take legal actions against education policy makers of your country.

Dear Abrar Ahmed,

I replied on your previous post where you have stated that you need to wait for 2 years after ACCA to be inducted in masters program at any university and it is implied by your post that you want to utilize these 2 years i replied back at the outset of your post that you can utilize your two years by doing some prestigious and worthfull certifications.

As i said lot of times in this forum that this era is the era for specialisation not generalisation, specialists are dictating terms in the international market whether we see it in the perspective of earning or in the perspective of professional caliber.

I have heard a field named as "Environmental Economics" although i do not know much about it but this field is very much rewarding both in terms of currency figures and in terms of professional prestige, you can find out more about this field by searching for it and by asking from different universities that whether they are offering masters program in "EE".

Hi amir
I think if i do other chartered according to you then there wont be any need to do master's.I have done a research if you hold a master's degree from top 7 uni's you are worth the same as a CFA chap would be.

First of all i strongly disagree with you that CFAs Charter holders are equal to masters of the top 7 universities of the world.

You this statement is unreasonable for me.

I have posted the topic in this forum i think in Feb 2007 where CFA was compared with top universities MBA programs and the american writer of that article has critically analysed the situation both in terms of monetary rewards enjoyed by CFA charter holders and the curriculum coverage.

I think you can obtain that article by searching my previous posts.
