Whataver it is but I love Chinese strategy.

China is investing much of its budget into ending rural poverty.Paying particular attention to solving rural issues.

i feel it's good for people....

No doubt has good strategy towards its people.And which is necessary for long term stability of china's growth and strenghen economy.But at the same time JAXA will get opportunity to beat China in this field.
