Hi. I would like to ask a question on ethical dilemma.
The situation is:
If we are not able to find a solution for a problem created by boss after his request for some type of analysis report,
Then the Boss doesnt want to spend time on helping out in the problem, rather when we bring problem to him, he blast us for bringing the problem without solution.
hE SPEAKS a lot and make undue demand for reports which are not relevant for clients.
If we encounter a problem, should we hide it if its not material or should we go to him and fear the insults of bringing the problem to him.
In the long run, such things cannot go on and one should resign and go for another job to avoid such situation, if dealing honestly with the issue create a problem and fear for a professional.
What r ur views?
What can be the solutions?
