Did you see, there was panalty of $20m in cashflow question. If you see now in acca website, it says penalty was $ 20 thousand.

Should we e-mail them or can we expect them to compensate...

I think we should email them anyway. they should know how much concerned we are about the matter! n how badly this stupid mistake has affected us.
I hope ACCA will completely compensate us
