Why would you want to?

You have to do F8 and you would have to pay for it whilst you sat P1, 2 and 3 and not sit it.

I'm not sure if you can take options without Fundamental level having been finished, you probably can but if you're not going to get through F8 you definitely won't get through P7

in other words crawl first then you can walk f8 first then you can tackle p7
