I have bought both of them (CAT Papers).
Umm .. I think FTC is more organised where BPP is easier to learn. Whatever, like rluitel both are fine ... thats the truth :)

Actually we can't issue an authoritied decision.
But in my experiance and not mine although it's best teachers's openion that for theory subjects as well as for number crunching subjects like taxation and financial reporting it is always helpful to go with FTC because their expert advisors made it easier to develop understanding in lot easier way also their study texts are equipped with enough knowledge to got success in flying marks.
But if you want some extra knowledge then you should go for BPP study texts.I have read both of them for my subjects in previous exams and I am of the openion that FTC's standards are far much better then those of the BPP's.
And i always prefer you to go for FTC's kits only.

I go with BPP Study Text and old papers. In past i have seen BPP has more votes of this forum members.

I like FTC study text. It is arranged very good and systematically.
BPP is not for me specially their kit, I can't understand it well.
However it depends on students. In past I studied both BPP and FTC so I compared and chose FTC.

Of no use at all
I have found old question and answers papers as alternative for any kit both bpp and ftc.

Lot of members showing their views. One thing is perfectly analysed that FTC's kits for number crunching subjects and for financial management course are fine enough to obtain brilliant marks but you may not need to solve kit for papers such as Corporate and business laws, management and HR and Information Systems and Informatin Management(1.3,3.3 and 3.4)

Amir I don't know about other papers but when I gave 1.3 paper, all questions were from FTC kit "ALL" so i was amazed that a person who went through that kit, was able to solve 100% 1.3 paper.

FTC and BPP's kit are mainly adapted past paper questions so it's really a case of the layout you prefer. I find the BPP revision kit is indexed better than FTC and I do prefer their study textbook as it tends to have more information whereas FTC only just has enough.
It's all a personal opinion though.
