More than 50 spammers are delete by now ;)

I know all of us feel that there is need of dilution of authority on this board.Currently i am alone moderator and control the forums and have all privileges to edit/move/delete/lock or split the posts.

To continue with the requirement we need some moderators.
In my opinion at least three moderators are required ;)

Now the question is how to select them...

I think best way is to see who is giving more time and is suitable to have more privileges to make this forum trimmed ;)

imho we should select 3 mods from top 10 posters :) (if you have another suggestion then kindly post it)

In the poll i have mentioned top 10 posters name and vote for your best one member.
This poll will run till most of active members would have voted.

Then top 3 would be selected for moderators.
