First time pass results?

I would like to apply for a job and the ad states that suitable part-qualified candidate has to have exam passes at first attempt.

Just wonder do they check it by contacting ACCA? Would ACCA give this information?

 Shame on me, I failed a couple, but said that I haven't.

I know its terrible.

Does anybody know about what kind of information ACCA can disclose to a new employer?

This is very strange statement in ad.Because it doesn't measure anything except who was fortunate enough to grasp everything on first attempt.
I am not 100% sure but i think ACCA will not disclose such kind of information to new employer.
Please ask acca connect and tell me :_

what i believe is that they have an edge in interview

1. their confidence level is high and they know what they are doing.

2.their cv is good

3.they have lead on their counterparts who have failed their exams because they are running behind in completeing the acca papers and in the field of experiance also because they get jobs before the person who has failed.
their chances are that this factor makes them move ahead in financial payscale as well because of extra experiance and in life also.they can embark upon other courses aswell after the completion of acca well if they chose to.

4.this particular criteria i have seen for big 4 and big multi-national companies.they dont need to check from acca about your faliure they will just know it from your cv.

THOUGH ,their are some exceptionally bright guys which i have seen they have finished acca in 2 years the exam part .but they are very few.
