all i wana say is that it's not uncommon nowadays to find people go around telling other how busy they are,, not time to study or virtually NEVER study and then they pass while only they themselves know tat they shut out the world during exam and study in an unbelievable manner. so for those who say that... pls note that while nobody say anything does not mean they believe you. i had meet alot of such people before and it's not surprise to find another one here.

when ever people say this. i laugh inside my heart in disbelief. One can say anything they want when they pass. i can also say that i literally study 2 hours before the exam and i pass. come on. everybody know that u can't pass in 2 days study only unless u are lying... and june 2008 sitting was consider lucky sitting.. examiner sat mostly theory question with so little on BIG BIG audit procedures... if he were to sat question like when he just assume the examiner role the pass rate will be worst... the procedure are the killer and june 2008 actually do not have much of it. lucky. Very LUcky only...

I will keep in touch! I find F8 so boring and pointless, just learning off lists and lists zzzzzzzzzz I'm not looking forward to going through the book again :cry:

I'm delighted with 71 but unfortunately I did not do well in F8. I failed it miserably. I was concentrating so much on F7 & F9 that I didn't pay it enough attention and now I will have to repeat it in December when I sit P1 & P2.

I appeared F7 & F8 this june. cleared both of them, particularly happy about F8 Cos i literally studied for just 2 days before exams (though i took part time 10 classes)
Did not rote any list, attempted only 85 marks paper & got 65 :)
I think the best way to pass this paper & pass with good numbers is to apply your own knowledge once you understand all tests of control & substantive procedures rather than learning them.

but just on CAT T10 paper's knowledge
so only 52 marks
