icpas will start to offer chartered accountant training in sep this year. any way just out of curious... i heard that ACA is the oldest body in UK and the qualification is very tough also. any comment? will it be popular in singapore? i think ACA have a regulation that anystudent who study aca need to work in an accounting firm under a qualified CA . that very tough rule..
