I sat the exam in December 2007, it quite easy, easier than the pilot exam. Not sure about June 08

I can confirm. I sat it in Dec 2007 and I think it was not very difficult. However, if many people did well, then the ACCA may be very strict when applying the marking scheme so that the overall pass rate is not too high...
