I submitted my AAT exemption papers the first week of march to gain exemption from papers F1-F3. But i've been told by ringing up ACCA that ive not been able to get a sitting in June 2008 exams for papers F4 and F6 as i handed my exemptions late. However i was told if i wrote to the exams department; i might have a chance to sit the exams in june.
I wrote to them nearly 3 weeks ago and i still haven't heard anything back from them. If you try and ring them up you are on the phone for ages. Last night i was on the phone for over an hour and when i got closer in the queue i was informed that the office was now closed. The customer service is absolutley appalling at the ACCA considering we pay our fees on time.
