If u go to the acca website for applying a CAT status u find it that u achieve CAT status after passing all ur exam and One year practical experience by submit a TTR to acca or u by achieving Level 4 NVQ in Accounting .

what is this NVQ MYSTERY?

NVQ = National Vocational Qualification

In the Uk we have the equivalent to CAT which is AAT, the final level is NVQ4.

I did AAT, I'd not even heard of CAT until after I started ACCA. :lol:

Pass the AAT technician level, but doesn't seem a lot of point as it is the same level as CAT. With AAT you also need one years work experience.
