WeLLl i am studying F6 but have couple ov problems so
if u guys can help me out so i'll be thankful to u guys...
WeLl in the caculation of Taxable property income....
if a house is occupied by land lord 4 10 week and 6 weeks to be let
and rest of da week occupied by tenant so how we deduct da the Interest on loan to buy the property fully or for da let period? and how to deal the Legal fees fully or for the let period?
Another is problem regarding the Calculation of Wear and Tear ALlowance....
weLl can it be calculated like zis?
(Rental Income less Bad debts less Council Tax less Water tax less property tax) X 10%
Or 4m zis one
(Rental Income less Council Tax less Water tax less property tax) X 10%
