Currently i am working In UK, but US Owned CO, and i have taken UK variant in past acca papers. Please advise which Variant i should take for Final Paper P2.

In USA, they follow their own GAAP, however, by the end of 2016 US companies are required to report under IFRS(International Financial Reporting Standards).

In UK, Listed Companies are required to report under IFRS(International Financial Reporting Standards) and Private Entities are required to report under UK GAAP(although they can use IFRS[subject to cost benefit analysis]).

In addition to the above points, IFRS are adopted world wide by many countries including developed countries.

So, it will be beneficial in long term to study international stream of P2-Corporte Reporting.
