P5 vs. old paper 3.3

Hi I am planning for self-study paper P5.

Can anyone advise if there are any more or less as compared to the old syllabus paper 3.3 ?

There have been some additions ,deletions & amendments to the syllabus of the 3.3 paper now P5
Compare the 3.3 study guide to the new P5 study guide- a lot remains the same
Read the examiner's approach Student accountant(SA)May 07 page 44,
& New for Old -SA Sept 06 page 30,

The New for Old article in Sept 06 did not provide much information and just simply list certain areas to be examined in a higher level such as budgeting, pricing and relevant costing...

The Examiner's Approach in May 2007, gave more details required competences in the new syllabus. However, detail removed and/or added items like CVP or EVA info is not listed clearly.
