Hi guys,
This is really important. Your input will be highly welcomed. We all have to do the PER (Practical Experience Requirement) thing and you have to have a supervisor who can assist you and you can work with so that you gain the experience that you need over time. What happens when your would be supervisor at your workplace is not getting along with you, is against you pursuing further qualification and is the only person who can evaluate you for PER at your work plac? In such a case, what options are there? What if this person refuses to be your supervisor, what can you do?

If everyone is against you then probably there is no reason to stay there.

The case is that the right person to evaluate you cannot. Is there another way to get through PER without involving one's immediate boss?

I am sorry to hear that situation for you. I had a similar situation and it sucks! This is something that should be put forward with ACCA because its like the trainees are being held on ransom by their employers!

There simply isn't something you can do than to ask him to sign any experience you might have until December where you have the excuse of the deadline by ACCA and on January run away!!!

Thats what I did
