PER Supervisors

Hi guys,
This is really important. Your input will be highly welcomed. We all have to do the PER (Practical Experience Requirement) thing and you have to have a supervisor who can assist you and you can work with so that you gain the experience that you need over time. What happens when your would be supervisor at your workplace is not getting along with you, is against you pursuing further qualification and is the only person who can evaluate you for PER at your work plac? In such a case, what options are there? What if this person refuses to be your supervisor, what can you do?
