I don't know about you.I know it's my bad but mentioning here i seldom give reading to student accountant magazine.I am usually interested in names of finalist students.
And you know it happens only couple of time per year.
Do you read Student Magazine with full attention?

Yes of course it's really very important i think that's very special thing.It provides you opportunity to remain in touch with latest happenings.It gives you sense of community.And most important things are latest changes and articles written on these changes or additions.
Dude you have 30 days to complete it :D .

Fu you should give it reading because its very important and is only way for students to remain in touch with ACCA updates.For example in Nov/Dec release on page 32 they included article for "money laundering" and mentioned that now it was included in Paper 2.2 Corporate and Business Law.
Now think about what would be the case if you were using old books and then question about money laundering would pose you big problem.And you might say that its out of course.But indeed NOT.
So you should read it regularly to remain updated.

Hi Fu, I would encourage you to read the student magazine. It has been very helpful with tips for examinations. e.g for paper 2.2 there was an article on Money laundering. Though many persons paid little attention to it during the course of study the fact that it was in the magazine made us realize that there is a possiblity it would be in the exams. And indeed it was there. The magazine is geared at providing much needed information to students for there exams as well as their career. Also it enables you to have a say in what goes on with ACCA examinations and the sylabus. Hey, next time you get your copy ( u should have January 2006 already) make sure you spend some time reading it.

Yes Odera you mentioned really very good point i haven't yet suffered but it shouldn't be taken as granted that it would never happen.After hearing your comments i would pay attention to this carelessness.

It might be not of much value for CAT students but for ACCA specially 2nd and 3rd part students it is worth reading.So don't miss it Fu(as you might have failed in 2.4 paper tetra time).

Fu never miss it because articles posted in it are very much important and keep you in touch with new trends plus very helpful for examination point of view.
