If someone ask for help then we should politely help him and also advise him/her with a positive attitude. What you think your rude behavior will change anyone - certainly not. Thats where the element of jealousy can be observed, but I wouldn't claim so.
I downloaded rare papers a long time ago and I just wanted to share these with my friends so this can be of some benefit for them. This is all that.
