Anyone Can Tell Me About The Starting Salaries Of ACCA , CA , ACMA Both In Pakistan And UK.
And Also I Want To Know The Salary For The Training Period Of CA In A Training Firm.

starting salaries are 35,000 to 50,000 per month in pakistan.And there is no differance in ACCA,CA and ACMA.In one company it is evedent that an ACCA is earning higher then a CA.

One correction their that trainees are not eligibal for salary because they are not emplyees of that company what ever they earn from their firm called STEPIND and the stepind will depand upon you company your experiance and your skills from 3000 to 12000 per month

the starting salary in Pakistan for CA is around Rs.60,000-70,000 plus a car
where as ACCA can earn upto Rs.35,000-45,000 (in both cases it also depends in which company a person is working i.e a bigger comapany a bigger salary)
stipend for CA is Rs.3500

the person with ACCA may be earning more then CA cause he can be more experience than a CA...... or any other reason

Salaries are much depends upon luck and personal qualities etc. There may be hundereds of examples where ACCA get more than C.A or M.com obtain than ACCA. But general trend is that in Pakistan C.A's are awarded more than ACCA. It is the market which decide.

Yeah, if we talk average might be CA earn more but realistically speaking i agree with ASAD its totally a matter of your skills, experiences, knowledge and your position in the organisation.

Salary in Pakistan is not a debateable issue because there are some hidden fators which prevails all over for example "POWWA"...

If a person is not even a CA but he has a strong "Powwa" behind him there is no difficulty for him to earn in 6 digits...

But if a person has no "Powwa" then he should have Great Luck+Great Skills+Great Communication to over come lack of powwa with him...

2 examples to quote...

ACCA Qualified(with 3 years of expeiance) Earning Rs 15,000/-
ACCA Part 2 Qualified(with 3 years of Experiance) Earning Rs 60,000/-

Amer bhai you are right but we are not talking about exceptional cases we are talking about general trend in the market for salaries of C.A or ACCA and others and general trend is that i had mention previous.
