i just passed all of the CAT scheme papers n now im in ACCA part 2. im taking papers 2.1, 2.2, n 2.3.....
2.1 it seems easy but they bit harder because of question are Scenario Based.
2.3 is simply TAX n in that u need hell of a practice.

Well now in 2.2 u need practice in law language, need to memorize case-laws n their end-results and the whole book, and last the questions are Scenario Based.

So i was hoping to seek a easier way to STUDY 2.2

Pls if somebody can help-me-out by any means...... provide easy/hard notes, give hints, smart-cards, (provide another solution)

what i advice you is ...just print out all the pass year Q&A, memorize all the cases and understand how to apply the answer, then it will be more earier to study

hi, i will advised you to used mind map technique to remember facts and concept, that's what i did and i got 70 in 2.2, due dilligence is important, for me in the past i bought a local business law book as a reference and ofcos you must need other reading material from school, if you are doing self study, stop by at any school which providing acca class and ask if it is possible to purchase lecture note(which usually come with the study structure or obtained a copy of class schedule so that you know where to begin with...) and also i usually will goes to Statutory website to seek for clarification should there be any doubt on the concept.....alway try this....read, understand and apply( practice questions).....

Ps: there is no easy way to pass the exam, if there is then ACCA examination will not be valuable anymore....
