I am new to this forum.

In June I came out of the 2.1 exam thinking it was one of the easiest exams i have ever taken in my life.

Then when the result came through i only got 42!!!

I was just wondering what is the best way of answering questions on both 2.1 & 2.2?

Also am i right in saying you dont have a limit on how many times you retake an exam till you pass it but you have to finish ACCA in 10 years?

answer of your second part of the question is yes there is no limit and you will even get 10 more years in 2007.

2.2 requires better skill of case answering and mentioning references to relevant cases.
2.1 needs mature approach toward same course.

2.1 looks very easy book if you are not applying professional approach but when you look at same course thru corporate reference then you see difference and depth of the course.

Hey u all nice to meet u. Im sally and i am having so much stress with 2.2 Law Paper. The problem with me is that i dont like to read a lot and i love more calculations papers so its hard for me to study this paper. I dont know how too start and exams is like one week away HELP NEEDED. Im reading and stuff im doin questions , but it cant seems to stick in my head.

Believe me guy. Write as much as you can in this paper, you'll get pass. I was considering myself sure short fail in this paper but only thing saved me was too much writing.
