If a anyone can give me an advice to this, i will really appreciate.

I have registered for the December Exams for F5, F7 and F8. Am working in a regional organization as an accounts assistant. The organization is having crucial meetings out of the country and i have been asked to facilitate this meetings since there is no one else who can facilitate them. I have informed my bosses of the pending exams but it seems there are no optieons. Now it looks like i might not be able to attempt all the papers since they have informed me that the meetings are starting on the 5th - 14th of December. How do i go about this? Can i attempt the same papers in July and what penalties will i face from the ACCA?
