just registered but have some newbie questions

Hi,

I am now registered, i have been given an exemption in F1 and intend to complete F2 and F3 before the summer. I got the exemption thanks to my degree but i completed it over 4yrs ago and i've probably forgotten most of it now, so i have the following queestions:

Is it important that i read up on F1 or will the content just be covered in a later module? If i do need to read up on F1, to what level, do i need to practically study it to the point at which i could pass the exam?

Last question, as the F2 and F3 CBE exams can be taken at any time, would you recommend that i study F2, do the exam, then study F3. Or would i benefit from studying F2 and F3 together?

Hi Stuart

F1 is quite easy and you will not be missing out on anything from not reading the study text, it is only a basic approach to some business knowledge which everybody more or less already has. So my advice is don't bother as it will not make any difference in understanding or passing any other exams.

You will also not gain anything from studying F2 and F3 together except for saving some time. I studied them one after another but think I could have done it at the same time as even though they are different they are not that hard.
